According to National Iraqi News Agency, Sheikh al-Karbalai stated that the Holy Shrine prioritizes serving the sick, ensuring no patient is left without necessary medical care. This commitment was reiterated during his meeting with a delegation from Dhi Qar, where he noted that representatives tirelessly work to extend the Supreme Religious Authority’s care to citizens.

He lauded the staff at Imam Hussein Surgical Hospital for their dedication and expertise, which is crucial in delivering advanced healthcare, particularly in underserved areas. Despite the hospital’s small size, its impact is significant, bolstering state institutions and ensuring healthcare reaches those in need.
