Baghdad: Headed by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, the Supreme Committee for Reconstruction and Investment has given the green light to a series of new projects aimed at boosting residential, industrial, and service sectors. The approval came during a periodic meeting held on Wednesday, where the committee reviewed various economic and developmental initiatives.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting featured discussions on critical files and led to decisive actions on proposed projects. Among the approved initiatives are several housing projects catering to different demographics, alongside industrial and service-oriented undertakings. A significant highlight was the approval for the establishment of Al-Qudra Recreational Service City.
Prime Minister Al-Sudani emphasized the importance of compiling a comprehensive inventory of all previous decisions made by the committee. He instructed that the implementation level of these decisions by the relevant authorities, to which the project
s were assigned, should be thoroughly assessed.
