Damascus: The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has strongly condemned the recent Iranian attacks on the territories of Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and the Kurdistan Region in Iraq. These attacks, carried out using drones and missiles, have been described as a blatant violation of state sovereignty and a direct threat to regional security and stability, contravening international law and the United Nations Charter.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the Ministry released a statement on Saturday, affirming Syria’s unwavering solidarity with the affected nations. The statement reiterated Syria’s rejection of actions that undermine regional security and stability. The Ministry called for respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity, urging adherence to international law principles to maintain regional peace and security.

The condemnation from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates comes amid rising security tensions in the Middle East, following a series
of Iranian attacks aimed at several Arab countries.
