Baghdad: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Sheibani signed an agreement to establish diplomatic relations between Syria and South Korea this evening, Thursday, with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara and Foreign Minister Asaad al-Sheibani received a high-level delegation from the Republic of Korea this afternoon, headed by Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul.
