Diwaniyah: Security forces discovered the body of an unidentified young man in southern Diwaniyah today, two days after his disappearance. A security source told the National Iraqi News Agency /NINA/ that the body was found near the Third River in Al-Badir District, noting that the young man had been kidnapped two days earlier under mysterious circumstances.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the source added that the body bore signs of stabbing with sharp objects. It has been transferred to the forensic medicine department for legal and medical procedures.
