Hilla: A patrol from the Mahawil district police, north of Hilla, discovered the body of Hudhaifa Muhammad Saeed, a traffic policeman from the Mahawil district, in the village of Albu Mustafa, on Sunday evening. He had sustained stab wounds to the head and face.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Babylon Traffic Police Media Director, Brigadier General Zahir Muhammad, stated, “A patrol from the Mahawil district police, north of Hilla, found the body of a traffic policeman, Hudhaifa Muhammad Saeed, with stab wounds on the road to his home in the village of Albu Mustafa, which is part of the Mahawil district.”

He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine department and that an investigation into the incident has been opened.
