Baghdad: The National Security Agents Council held its 14th session of 2025 on Tuesday, chaired by National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji, with the attendance of council members.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the council reviewed the items on its agenda and issued the necessary decisions and recommendations.
The statement highlighted that the meeting addressed ways to leverage academic outputs in support of national security, with the council adopting the relevant decision on this matter. Additionally, several memoranda of understanding concerning the Ministry of Communications, the Counter-Terrorism Service, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were discussed, and the council approved the corresponding decisions and recommendations.
