Baghdad: Turkey’s Justice and Development Party (AKP) spokesperson ‚¬€œmer ‚¬¡elik has reproached statements made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and described them as “nothing but terrorist propaganda from an organization specializing in genocide.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, ‚¬¡elik made his remarks on the Turkish social media platform “InSocial” on Sunday, responding to a statement by the Israeli Foreign Ministry targeting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. ‚¬¡elik emphasized that Netanyahu and his associates’ statements are devoid of value, serving only as terrorist propaganda from a genocidal organization.

‚¬¡elik further asserted that President Erdogan’s voice remains the strongest among the alliance of humanity, resonating with the conscience of humanity and guiding those committed to preserving human dignity. He portrayed Netanyahu’s government as an entity guilty of committing crimes against humanity and accused it of functioning as a disinformation machine.

He stated that this criminal network continually targets Erdogan with falsehoods because Erdogan is taking a robust stance against them. The Turkish Foreign Ministry has also condemned the slander targeting President Erdogan, attributing it to the “cowardly and corrupt mentality” of Israeli government officials, with a particular focus on Prime Minister Netanyahu.

Meanwhile, Burhanettin Duran, head of the Turkish Presidency’s Communications Directorate, affirmed that President Erdogan will persist in advocating for the just cause of the Palestinian people.
