Ankara: The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the elimination of eight militants from the PKK organization in northern Iraq and Syria.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry reported, in a post on its account on the (X) platform, that its forces were able to eliminate two militants in the area of Operation (Claw-Lock), and also eliminated six militants belonging to the PKK, north of Iraq.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish forces are constantly carrying out military operations against elements of armed organizations in northern Iraq and Syria, due to their targeting of military and security elements and civilians inside Turkey.
