Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi in the capital Ankara today, Monday.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials from Turkey, including Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Defense Minister Yasar Guler, and Intelligence Chief Ibrahim Kalin.
The discussions between Erdogan and Safadi were part of a broader diplomatic engagement that included a high-level Turkish-Jordanian meeting held in the city. This meeting followed a 3 + 3 format, focusing on the situations in Syria and Gaza.
Representatives at the meeting included the Foreign Ministers and intelligence chiefs from both countries, as well as the Turkish Defense Minister and the Jordanian Chief of Staff.
