Tehran: Two judges were killed and a third was injured in an armed attack in front of the Iranian Supreme Court in Tehran. Iranian media reported: “The attacker fired a pistol in Irak Square in the capital, Tehran, and committed suicide after being chased by the police.”
According to National Iraqi News Agency, initial investigations have revealed that the attacker had no case before the Supreme Court and was not a client of the court branches. The incident has raised concerns about security measures around judicial authorities in the capital.
