Abu Dhabi: The President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed, announced that his country plans to invest $1.4 trillion in the United States through Emirati investment institutions over the next 10 years. During his meeting with US President Donald Trump, bin Zayed expressed his country’s commitment to strengthening relations with the United States of America.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, bin Zayed emphasized the strong partnership between the UAE and the United States for development, mentioning that this partnership has advanced significantly, particularly in areas such as the new economy, energy, renewable technology, artificial intelligence, and industry. He highlighted the UAE’s commitment to investing $1.4 trillion in the US through Emirati investment institutions over the next decade.
Bin Zayed noted that the United States is a strategic partner of the UAE in the Mars exploration project and the asteroid belt project. He reiterated the UAE’s dedication to working with the United States to achieve peace and security in the Middle East and globally.
The UAE President also presented the Sheikh Zayed Shield to US President Donald Trump. Trump arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday afternoon, following a visit to Qatar as part of a Middle East tour that began in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
