Baghdad Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that our enemy has failed to achieve its goals so far, and we continue to receive support from our allies.
He added, “The Russian forces are bombing ambulances, and Russia will be condemned on the killing of children.”
He continued, “We have to establish an institution for humanitarian services to provide aid to those in need, adding that the mayors are responsible for the living needs of the population.”
