Kirkuk: A source in the Kirkuk administration announced that Lieutenant General Jaafar al-Batat, the Head of the Crisis Cell, will arrive in Kirkuk today under the direction of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. He is set to hold a meeting with members of the Crisis and Floods Cell in Kirkuk and will also convene at the governorate building to review a list of human and material losses.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit comes as part of the government’s ongoing efforts to address the recent challenges faced by Kirkuk. The meetings aim to evaluate the current situation and strategize on effective measures to mitigate the impact of recent crises.
