Geneva: The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has announced that it holds sufficient food supplies to support the residents of the Gaza Strip for the next three months. This significant development was shared during a press conference held in Geneva.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Juliet Touma, the Director of Media and Communications at UNRWA, emphasized the importance of these stocks in addressing the threat of famine in Gaza City. She stressed that the food supplies are vital for the well-being of the local population and highlighted the urgent need for these life-saving resources to be delivered without delay.

Touma further reiterated the necessity for immediate access to Gaza, insisting that the food provisions are crucial in preventing the worsening of the humanitarian situation in the region.
