Baghdad: The US Central Command has confirmed that no US aircraft were damaged in the recent Iranian attacks, countering claims made by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Central Command stated, "No US aircraft were destroyed or damaged in the recent Iranian attacks." The statement further clarified that all missiles and drones launched during these attacks were successfully intercepted, preventing any damage to US assets.
This announcement comes after the Iranian Revolutionary Guard claimed on Thursday that three US warplanes had been destroyed in an attack targeting the Azraq airbase in Jordan. However, the US Central Command's statement refutes these claims, emphasizing the effectiveness of their defensive measures against the Iranian offensive.
