Baghdad: The US military has announced the conclusion of its ninth wave of airstrikes against Iran, detailing the specific targets that were hit in this latest operation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, US Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement on its X platform confirming the completion of the airstrikes at 10:00 PM Eastern Time on July 19. The statement outlined that the strikes targeted Iranian military command centers, air defense systems, coastal surveillance sites, naval capabilities, as well as missile and drone launch sites. Additionally, it targeted communications networks with the aim of further reducing Iran’s capacity to threaten commercial vessels and civilian mariners navigating through the Strait of Hormuz.
