Venezuela’s Acting President Calls for Cooperation with the United States


Caracas: Venezuelan acting president Delcy Rodr­guez has urged the United States to engage in discussions to establish a cooperative agenda between the two nations.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, Rodr­guez emphasized the importance of fostering balanced and respectful international relations with the United States. In a press statement, she remarked, “We want to prioritize moving towards balanced and respectful international relations with the United States.”



Further addressing the need for peaceful coexistence, Rodr­guez stated, “We aspire to live without external threats.” Her comments underscore Venezuela’s desire to improve diplomatic ties and reduce tensions with the United States.
