Young Man’s Body Recovered by River Police Divers in Amarah

Amarah: After hours of searching, river police divers recovered the body of a young man who had drowned in the middle of the building. River police units recovered the body of a young man who drowned in the Al-Majidiyah area, near the Al-Musharrah regulator in central Amarah, the capital of Maysan Governorate, after a search operation that lasted several hours.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, diving teams participated in an intensive search of the area, which resulted in finding and recovering the young man's body. It was then transferred to the forensic medicine department to complete the necessary legal procedures and hand it over to his family.

The relevant authorities continued to emphasize the need for caution when approaching rivers and streams, especially in areas with strong currents, to avoid drowning incidents.
