Baghdad: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, held a meeting with the Head of the Bar Association, Ahlam Al-Lami, focusing on strategies to improve collaboration and coordination between the judiciary and the Bar Association. This meeting aimed at addressing challenges faced by lawyers and ensuring the effective operation of the judicial system.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council issued a press release stating that Judge Zaidan and Ahlam Al-Lami engaged in discussions on cooperation mechanisms. The objective is to eliminate obstacles that lawyers encounter, facilitating their duties in court and contributing to the judicial system’s smooth operation.
