Mashhad: 175 Iraqi passengers escaped unharmed after an Iranian plane veered off the runway during landing at Mashhad International Airport on Wednesday. Media reports indicate that the Boeing 737, belonging to Iran’s Sepehran Airlines, went off the runway during landing and came to rest in an unpaved area alongside it.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the plane was carrying 175 Iraqi passengers, all of whom were safely evacuated.
