Umm Qasr: The Border Ports Authority announced the seizure of 25 disassembled vehicles at Umm Qasr Middle Port. The Authority stated in a statement: “The detachments of the Umm Qasr Middle Port Port Directorate were able to seize four containers with a size of (40) cubic feet containing (25) disassembled vehicles in violation of the terms and conditions of import, without the model permitted to be imported and not authorized.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a formal seizure report was organized with the relevant authorities and the vehicles were referred to the judiciary to take the necessary legal measures.
