Baghdad: Federal Police forces arrested 28 suspects in Baghdad, Maysan, and Basra. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Interior stated in a press release, “Federal Police units in Baghdad, Maysan, and Basra carried out preemptive security operations today, Monday, resulting in the arrest of 28 suspects on various legal charges.”

The statement emphasized that these operations are part of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing efforts to pursue wanted individuals, enforce the law, and enhance security and stability. It also noted that the Federal Police will continue to carry out their security duties professionally and decisively, taking legal action against those wanted.
