Baghdad: Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohsen Al-Mandalawi has announced the completion of the procedures for electing the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the candidates for the presidency of the council have been identified. The contenders for the significant position include Salem Al-Issawi, Talal Al-Zubaidi, Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, and Amer Abdul-Jabbar.
