BAGHDAD: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has reiterated Iraq’s unwavering support for the integrity, sovereignty, and unity of Syrian territory. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of preserving the rights of the Syrian people across all demographics and communities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during a Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Al-Sudani highlighted the need for continued diligence in completing fortifications along the border strip. The Prime Minister underscored the importance of maintaining a high pace of work to ensure the security and stability of the region.

In addition to security measures, the Prime Minister instructed the deployment of government service and engineering teams to carry out specific road-related projects. This directive aims to enhance infrastructure and facilitate smoother operations within the border areas.
