Baghdad: The Diwani Order Committee for Activating the Psychological and Educational Guidance System in the Ministries of Education and Higher Education convened its second meeting today at the Diwan of the Ministry of Education.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting was chaired by National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji and focused on various issues pertinent to the Ministries of Education and Higher Education. Among the key topics was the approval of the National Conference for Educational and Psychological Guidance, scheduled for the 27th of this month.

The committee also reached several important decisions aimed at enhancing the function of school administrations. These include initiatives for activating parent-teacher councils, strengthening the relationship between schools and society, and bolstering the role of educational counselors in schools. Additionally, the meeting addressed the operational framework for the Guidance Department in Iraqi universities and institutes.
