Maysan: Security forces arrested a man and a woman on charges of drug trafficking in Maysan Governorate. A statement by the Rapid Response Division Command indicated that a significant quantity of illegal drugs was involved in the arrest.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, about 77,000 Captagon pills were seized from the accused. The individuals, along with the seized items, have been handed over to the requesting party for further legal proceedings.
