Gaza: As it begins its withdrawal from the Netzarim axis, the Israeli army reminds of the conditions for the return of the displaced to northern Gaza. Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee renewed this morning, Monday, the reminder of the instructions issued by the army last night to the residents of the Gaza Strip regarding the return of the displaced to the northern part of the Strip. This comes in light of the news of the beginning of the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Netzarim axis in central Gaza.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Adraee stated via “Telegram” that based on the agreement reached under the auspices of the mediators, residents will be allowed to return on foot to the northern part of the Gaza Strip via the Netzarim road and through Rashid Street (the sea road) starting at 07:00 am local time. Movement by vehicles to the northern part of the Strip will also be permitted after inspection via Salah al-Din starting at 09:00 am local time.

The Israeli army warned against transporting militants or weapons via these roads to the northern part of the Gaza Strip, considering this a “violation of the agreement.” Adraee explained that it is forbidden to approach the Israeli army forces in all their places of deployment and concentration, as well as to approach the Rafah crossing area, the Philadelphia corridor area, and all areas of concentration of forces in the southern Gaza Strip.

This development comes as the Hamas movement announced that it had reached an agreement, through the efforts of mediators, that the return of the displaced will begin starting Monday morning to the northern Gaza Strip.
