Diyala: Security forces foiled large quantities of smuggled medicines in Diyala Governorate. A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the detachments of Khanaqin Police Directorate, northeast of Baqubah, seized a truck loaded with 50 tons of smuggled medicines on its way to Diyala Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the process of seizing the truck loaded with smuggled medicines was based on accurate intelligence information, before it entered the governorate. The successful operation highlights the ongoing efforts of the security forces in the region to combat illegal activities and ensure the safety and health of the local population.
