Baghdad: The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the families of martyrs, stating that their sacrifices are a trust that must be honored.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Shammari emphasized this commitment during a meeting with Abdul-Ilah Al-Naili, the head of the Martyrs Foundation. The meeting took place in Al-Shammari’s office, where he welcomed Al-Naili and discussed topics of mutual interest. Al-Shammari stressed the importance of maintaining communication with the families of the martyrs and providing them with necessary support. He highlighted that the Ministry of Interior has ongoing programs to address the needs of these families, ensuring their requests are met and their conditions are understood.

Al-Naili expressed gratitude for the Minister’s warm reception and the ministry’s dedication to supporting the families of martyrs. He also praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Interior to enhance security and stability.
