Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani highlighted that the government’s main focus is to bolster the private sector to carry out significant projects. He made this announcement during the inauguration of three distinct projects via closed-circuit television.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Sudani emphasized the importance of industrial and infrastructure projects as a central aspect of the government program. He noted that investment in transportation infrastructure would lead to substantial development within the region.

The Prime Minister pointed to the Al-Dawari Iron and Steel Factory as a testament to the private sector’s success, completed with cutting-edge technology. He remarked that Iraq continues to import construction materials to satisfy market demands. Furthermore, Al-Sudani highlighted the importance of the hydrogen factory for manufacturing cancer drugs in Karbala, which not only aids in patient treatment but also creates employment opportunities.
