Basra: Two construction workers were killed after falling from a building under construction in the Mishraq area, central Basra.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the workers fell from a great height due to a faulty installation and a lack of occupational safety equipment. The incident occurred on a scaffold in a building under construction, leading to their immediate deaths. The bodies of the workers were subsequently transferred to the forensic medicine department.
