Baghdad: The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, expressed his gratitude to Iraq for its active role in supporting joint Arab action.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Emir made his remarks during the 34th Arab Summit held in Baghdad. In a post on the X platform, Sheikh Tamim highlighted the regional and international circumstances that necessitate cooperation among Arab nations to address ongoing crises.

Sheikh Tamim expressed hope that the summit's outcomes and decisions would strengthen Arab solidarity and enhance integration among Arab countries in all areas of cooperation. He specifically praised Iraq for its efforts to strengthen bonds of brotherhood and its active participation in fostering joint Arab action.
