Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani expressed his gratitude to Arab leaders for their participation in the Baghdad Arab League and Development Summits. Al-Sudani conveyed his appreciation through a message on his Twitter account, where he extended sincere thanks on behalf of the Iraqi government and its people.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Sudani emphasized the significance of the summits' outcomes in contributing to the aspirations of people throughout the Arab world. He highlighted Baghdad's role as a pivotal platform for joint Arab action, underscoring its importance as a source of strength and a key player in Arab decision-making.
Al-Sudani further noted that Baghdad's hosting of Arab leaders and the resultant initiatives and decisions reflect a commitment to addressing the challenges facing the Arab world today. He affirmed that Iraq remains open to collaborative efforts that shape a better future, support stability and development, curb conflicts, and realize the hopes of Arab nations.
