Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani extended his congratulations to the people of Iraq and the wider Arab and Islamic worlds on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Mashhadani expressed his warmest wishes, hoping that the occasion brings continued goodness and blessings in the years to come. He emphasized the importance of spreading the spirit of tolerance, giving, and sacrifice, urging everyone to contribute to a comfortable and secure life for people across the nation.

Al-Mashhadani also highlighted the plight of the oppressed in Palestine and Gaza, calling upon God to grant them security and safety while advocating for the punishment of their oppressors.
