Baghdad: Head of Basra Council discussed in Baghdad, separately, issues related to the province with Al-Amiri and Al-Araji. Basra Provincial Council Chairman Khalaf Al-Badran met in two separate meetings during his visit to the capital, Baghdad, with the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi Al-Amiri, and National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the two meetings focused on the general situation in the country and issues pertinent to Basra Governorate. Discussions also covered other matters related to the current circumstances in the region.
