Karbala: The Iranian Consul in Karbala, Abdul Rahim Sadatifar, confirmed on Sunday that his country reserves the right to respond to America. During a press conference, he stated that the leaders targeted by Israel were not in the field but in their homes with their families, categorizing them as civilians.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Sadatifar highlighted that the cameras and inspectors of the Atomic Energy Organization were continuously kept informed of all activities at Iranian nuclear sites. He noted that the Energy Organization issued a statement that Israel allegedly used as a pretext for its attack on Iran.
Sadatifar further explained that the International Atomic Energy Agency had previously confirmed the peaceful nature of these sites. He criticized the American attacks as unjustified, referencing America’s previous actions, such as attacking Iraq by targeting the commander of the Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
He emphasized that Iran reserves the right to respond to these attacks.
