Baghdad: The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency announced the arrest of two terrorists who explicitly confessed to their participation in the Speicher massacre.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, an Intelligence Agency statement revealed that the confessions of the arrested individuals have been judicially verified. Following this verification, the two have been referred to the competent judicial authorities where they will face the legal process to receive their just punishment.
