Baghdad: The Security Media Cell conducted its regular meeting, led by Major General Saad Maan, the head of the cell, with the attendance of all its members.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting addressed several topics on the cell’s agenda. Major General Maan underscored the necessity of collaboration and effective communication among security and military media institutions across various departments. This effort aims to unify the security media discourse, deemed essential during a period that demands substantial solidarity and cooperation across all sectors of media work to counteract misinformation, rumors, and deceptive news.

The statement further detailed that the meeting included discussions of presented opinions and feedback aimed at enhancing media operations.
