Beijing: Special Forces officer, First Lieutenant Haider Bassem Rabie, received a prestigious certificate of honor from the commander of the First Foreign Trainees Corps (Foreign Training Department) during his participation in the Military Sports Instructor Course held at the Special Operations Center of the People’s Republic of China.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Defense stated in a statement: “The Iraqi officer distinguished himself with his exceptional performance during the course, which prompted the center’s leadership to include his name and photo on the academy’s honor roll, in recognition of his high competence and exemplary commitment to training standards.”
This honor reflects the advanced level demonstrated by the Iraqi Special Forces in international forums and highlights the depth of military cooperation and knowledge exchange between Iraq and the People’s Republic of China in the field of combat capability development and specialized training.
