Baghdad: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of 19 suspects in various legal cases across several governorates.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Intelligence Directorate conducted the arrests based on accurate intelligence information and meticulously planned ambushes. The operations were executed in the governorates of Anbar, Nineveh, Salah al-Din, and Maysan. Intelligence Branches from the Commands of Divisions 7, 10, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23 provided the critical intelligence that led to the successful capture of suspects involved in theft, drugs, and murder cases.

The statement from the Military Intelligence Directorate highlighted that the suspects have been transferred to the relevant authorities, ensuring adherence to applicable legal procedures.
