Zakho: Oil production has been temporarily halted in the Tawke and Fishkhabur fields, as announced by DNO, following drone attacks that occurred this morning. The company stated that production will resume once the damage has been thoroughly assessed.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Norwegian oil company DNO released a statement explaining the suspension of oil production in the two fields due to the drone attacks. The statement detailed how one drone targeted a small oil depot in the Tawke field, while another targeted the oil production facilities in the Fishkhabur field.

The company reassured that their personnel were not injured during these incidents. DNO is currently conducting investigations to assess the damage, with plans to resume oil production once the assessment is completed.
