Sana’a: Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced on Sunday that “the army destroyed the presidential palace in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a.” Katz stated that the military operation also targeted fuel depots and power stations within the city, maintaining the air and sea blockade on the Ansar Allah group in Yemen.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Katz emphasized the strategic targeting of infrastructure supporting the Houthi movement. He asserted that the Houthis would face intensified repercussions for each missile directed at Israel, remarking, “For every missile fired at Israel, the Houthis will pay a double price.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu further elaborated on the ongoing conflict, declaring that the Houthi regime would endure significant consequences for its actions against Israel. Netanyahu affirmed, “Whoever attacks us, we will attack them, and whoever plans to attack us, we will attack them.” He underscored Israel’s regional influence, noting that the broader area recognizes the potent capabilities of Israel’s military response.
