Baghdad: The exchange rate of the US dollar has increased in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil this morning. The selling price of the dollar at the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges in Baghdad rose to 147,700 Iraqi dinars per 100 dollars, compared to 146,500 dinars per 100 dollars recorded yesterday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the selling price in currency exchange shops within Baghdad’s local markets also saw an increase, reaching 148,250 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price climbed to 147,250 dinars per 100 dollars.

In Erbil, the rise in the dollar exchange rate was noted as well, with the selling price reaching 146,600 dinars per 100 dollars and the buying price at 146,500 dinars per 100 dollars.
