Global Oil Prices Declined in Asian Markets

Baghdad: Oil prices fell in early Asian trading on Tuesday: Brent crude futures fell 7 cents, or 0.11%, to $66.53 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures for September delivery, which expire tomorrow, Wednesday, fell 6 cents, or 0.09%, to $63.36 a barrel.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the decline in oil prices was observed in the early hours of trading in the Asian markets. The decrease in Brent crude and WTI crude futures indicates market fluctuations as traders anticipate the expiration of the current WTI futures contracts on Wednesday. The subtle decline in prices reflects the ongoing adjustments within the global oil market.
