Basra: The International Trade Fair has commenced in Basra, featuring the participation of 180 companies from ten Arab and foreign countries. The event, which began on Wednesday evening, saw the presence of Basra's Deputy Governor, Hassan Al-Najjar.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Osama Majid, Head of Public Relations and Media at Dar Al-Fayhaa, the organizing company, stated that this year's edition includes companies from Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, India, Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Palestine. The exhibition is showcasing a wide range of products, including foodstuffs, household items, handicrafts, clothing, and stationery.

In addition to the diverse product offerings, the fair is also featuring cultural and artistic activities that highlight the diversity of the participating countries.
