Babylon: The Babylon Criminal Court issued a death sentence against a terrorist for the crime of detonating two explosive devices targeting security forces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Supreme Judicial Council revealed that the terrorist incident, which took place in the Jurf al-Sakhar area, led to the martyrdom of six Iraqi army personnel. The court’s decision was based on the provisions of Article 4/1 and in accordance with Article 2/1/3/5/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.
