Bashiqa: The Popular Mobilization Forces removed a rocket and projectile left behind by ISIS in Bashiqa.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Popular Mobilization Authority stated in a statement: 'As part of the ongoing efforts to maintain the security of citizens in the Nineveh Plains, the explosives squads of the 30th Brigade of the Nineveh Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces were able to remove a Type (120) rocket and a warhead in the village of Khorsbat, in the Bashiqa district.'

The statement explained that the security operation came after receiving accurate information from the National Security Directorate - Bashiqa Office, where these remnants, belonging to the terrorist ISIS gangs, were dealt with according to the proper procedures, to ensure the safety of residents and prevent any potential security threat.
