According to National Iraqi News Agency, Erdogan made these comments during a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Foreign Ministry building in Ankara. He asserted that Turkey will continue to oppose those who seek conflict and bloodshed in the region. He also criticized efforts to create security by harming innocent civilians.
