Baghdad: A run-over accident in the Al-Ayadhiya district, located northwest of Mosul, has led to the tragic death of one individual and injuries to 14 others. This incident has raised concerns about traffic safety in the Nineveh Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source from the Nineveh Police reported the incident on Sunday, highlighting that the accident was part of a series of similar occurrences in the area. The injured individuals have been transported to local hospitals, where medical staff are monitoring their conditions closely.

An investigation has been initiated to uncover the specifics of the accidents and to implement any necessary legal measures. The deceased’s body has been transferred to the Mosul Forensic Medicine Authority for further handling.
